Welcome to The Soul Collective, an 8-month immersive group healing program designed as a safe space to help you explore and understand your emotional landscape, uncover the roots of your behaviors, and cultivate deeper healing, connection and authenticity.

What You'll Experience:

The Soul Collective goes beyond a typical group program. It's a consciously designed, women's only, supportive space where you can openly reflect upon your inner world, share experiences, and grow alongside other Soul members in the Program. Together, we'll navigate the complexities of mind, emotions, relationships, and coping strategies with a trauma-informed approach, purposely created as a longer program for integrating and embodying insights on a somatic level.

What you'll be guided towards:

• Expand your awareness and shift your consciousness.

• Move beyond survival thinking and access higher emotional states.

• Learn to navigate emotions and feel safe in your body.

• Develop skills to manage and move through triggers.

• Be part of a women’s-only healing collective.

• Live from a place of desire instead of need.

• Surround yourself with like-minded women on the path of awakening.

• Allow yourself to be seen, heard, and understood.

• Embrace living with allowance and acceptance instead of resistance.

• Learn to live from an open heart space.

• 17 weeks of LIVE interactive classes

• 17 weeks of LIVE Q&A and connection calls

• 34 LIVE sessions in total

• Replays available

• Self-Reflection Assignments (optional)

• Access to a supportive community chat

• Additional 1-1 Support available (additional to program)

Prerequisites to Enrol:

• Previous work with Lauren or attendance at an upcoming workshop
