Hi, I’m Lauren. As someone who has walked the path of healing emotional and physical trauma, I understand how it feels to carry invisible burdens. My journey led me to explore many modalities, but ultimately ended up in taking a integrative somatic trauma informed approach, specializing in helping individuals like you to understand and reprocess what they went through, eventually allowing them to rediscover their emotional strength and live authentically.
